Place Value activity. Students roll 3 dice (Red, Green, White) that represent Hundreds, Tens, and Ones. Students will then write the number in Standard Form and draw a model using base ten blocks, write the Expanded Form and the Written Form for each number rolled.

I have used these when working in Year 1 for morning tasks when children arrive into the school, as well as for carousel activities. I simply laminated the border, cut it out and stuck it onto a folded piece of card that could stand up on a table. I left a simple message about the task to complete so that children knew what they were required to do on each table. The border made the messages stand out. This worked especially well considering that the class I worked in was called 'Ladybird' class
