This is a great open-ended activity to use when discussing chance and probability. Students are challenged to come up with a sentence, describing the chance of selecting a particular colour of teddy, domino, fruit or unifix. Key words are included as a footnote for students to refer back to when writing Eg. I am likely to pick a blue teddy. It is impossible for me to get a pink teddy.
