I always like to make sure to include the Brick Block Corner in all our lab activities. Here’s a fun unplugged Hour of Code activity called Brick Block Binary Alphabet. It is a great way to visually see how binary code looks. Use your Brick Block area to create words (or letters depending on  your age group) on your building panels. Students use the Binary Code key to write the word or letter on the brick panels. Then use the post-its to write and leave next to the word or letter they created.
