This is a homework folder template. You can fill in the student name. I glue these to large manilla folders and then laminate. Its an easy label that you can edit (add your own font, or keep the one I used and make it your own. Hope you find it useful.

This packet includes monthly homework menus for August through May. Each month has 16 homework tasks, with the exception of December, which has 12. Menu grids, Word Work grids, and Directions are all fully editable with Microsoft Publisher. You can use the homework tasks I use with my kindergarten students or you can create your own homework tasks. Ready-to-use home reading journal. Simple layout ideal for those reading aloud to their families or for independent readers. Sections provided to be filled out are the date, book title, the number of pages read and a comment section which could be filled out on how the student read or an independent reader could make a comment on what they have read.
