This is an editable homework log I created to use in my classroom last year. There are eight different versions included, each with editable homework requirements, instructions at the top, and space to the right for sight words or spelling words students should be working on for the week. You will get 8 homework logs in this file, 2 versions of each theme: chevron, polka dot, stripes, and plain printer saver. One version has space for a sight word list, and one version has space for a spelling w
This packet includes monthly homework menus for August through May. Each month has 16 homework tasks, with the exception of December, which has 12. Menu grids, Word Work grids, and Directions are all fully editable with Microsoft Publisher. You can use the homework tasks I use with my kindergarten students or you can create your own homework tasks. These homework menus will work for many grade levels, from preschool through intermediate, as you can change the tasks to fit your students' needs. A
I created the Preschool Kindergarten Writing Progression Packet to use with my students who have difficulty forming letters correctly. This is a skill we work on all year, as students develop and tune fine motor skills at different paces.
There are 41 pages in the packet, including lines tracing, shape tracing, letter tracing, number tracing, a black name tracing page so you can just add your students' names, and a blank tracing page to use for sight words or any particular letter your student
Here is a set of the first 100 Fry sight words, plus 11 basic color words. The First 100 words are on 3 different colors of cards, as shown in the preview. Color words are on rainbow chevron cards - I wanted the color words to stand out since we use them SOOOO much. A blank page of each card style is also included. Cards can be printed, cut, and laminated and used as flash cards, word wall cards, etc. I hole punch the cards in one corner and put them on a ring to make a set of sight words I can

Here is a set of Happy Birthday pencil badges. You can add the students' names to these, write their birthday on the back, tape them to a Happy Birthday pencil, and place them in a cute vase or jar to create your Happy Birthday bouquet. Hand them out to students on their birthdays.
Thanks to Graphics From the Pond for the awesome graphics. Check out their store! You won't be disappointed!
I created this chevron behavior chart using various free clipart and graphics from TpT. I can't remember exactly which sellers I downloaded them from, but they were freebies on here. I use this clipchart system in my classroom, and will never use anything else. It works so well! My kindergarten students get super excited about moving their clothespins up! When they reach the top, their clothespin receives a sparkle (a rhinestone I glue on). If they move down, they always have the chance of movin
I designed this worksheet to use with introducing letters and beginning sounds. There are three blank pages included, plus a sample sheet. For each letter, you can choose to fill in the letter boxes for the students before copying, or you can have your students write the letter. Next, students will draw and label 6 things that begin with that letter sound. Finally, students will write one or two sentences at the bottom of the page using some of the words in the bubbles. The worksheet is pretty o
I created this set of chevron months posters using graphics and backgrounds downloaded for free from TpT. I can't remember exactly who I downloaded them from because I have downloaded so many!
I created this set of monthly posters to use in my kindergarten classroom. I put each up across the top of my whiteboard or wall, and each month we add things we've accomplished and projects we've completed and post them under that month. At the end of the year, we are able to go back and create our year
I created these posters to use with BUILD math centers. The chevron borders and funky letters are from freebie downloads on TpT from others. I have included the full size posters to hang, as well as the half-size posters to use on your center tubs or drawers.
Use these dividers to create a binder that contains all of your important information. These are great for substitutes because they won't have to look far for student information, lesson plans, emergency contact info, extra activities, etc.
Each teacher/school who uses this behavior system may use a different color for each behavior. So I have created this generic poster set that everyone can use. You can print this chevron behavior clip chart poster set onto any color cardstock, whatever colors work for you and your school. I use green for Ready to Learn, Red for Outstanding, Yellow for Great Work, Orange for Good Work, Blue for Think About It, Purple for Teacher's Choice, and Pink for Parent Contact.
The Ready to Learn poster is
Here is a set of the second 100 Fry sight words, plus 11 basic color words. The Second 100 words are on 3 different colors of cards, as shown in the preview. Color words are on rainbow chevron cards - I wanted the color words to stand out since we use them SOOOO much. A blank page of each card style is also included. Cards can be printed, cut, and laminated and used as flash cards, word wall cards, etc. I hole punch the cards in one corner and put them on a ring to make a set of sight words I ca
I use these for my RTI group names so my kindergarten students will know where to go for RTI. The students may go to different groups on different times, depending on their progress. I can remember the level of each group by my super-secret code: Hopping Hares (high), Mimicking Monkeys (mid), Parading Penguins (mid), and Leaping Lizards (low).
I print these contact cards onto brightly colored card stock so they are easily found. I keep them in a binder that stays on my desk all year. They are easy for substitutes to find because of the bright colors I use to print them onto!
