Rock Band Tour - STEM

This lesson has be used for a STEM enrichment. This lesson asks students to work collaboratively or independently. Students will create a rock band and plan an international tour. Students must log their travel expenses, distances, and elapsed time. This lesson allows students to see the needs for budgeting, planning, and provides a wonderful introduction to the global perspective. Requirements can easily be adjusted to fit the needs of any class.

I created this document to create a task box for my learners that needed more visual practice with one to one correspondence. This is a resource that I would use in a lesson and then utilize later on for independent work to continue their foundational skills of visualizing the numbers by using manipulatives with this resource.
