Grocery Store Unit Rate Project
This project has students locate given products in a grocery store to find the rate and use the gathered data to find the unit rate.This also includes a rubric and a chart to help keep the students organized I do this with my 6th grade students regularly and it is really fun. The students get to see a practical application of a subject that is usually too abstract.
