Fraction Craft - Turtle Fractions
Combine a math lesson (fractions - halves, thirds, quarters, fifths or sixths) with craft and creativity!This packet will provide you with template pieces to make a cute 'Fraction Turtle' for classroom display! Students will color their chosen fraction turtle. They will then label their turtle shell to show the fractions as equal parts. Turtle Race - Converting Metric Units

My students use the acronym "Turtles Have Tiny Heads" to help remember the order of the place values that fall after the decimal.
