This is a student-facing resource that can be used for any type of assessment (exit tickets, quizzes, exams, projects, etc.)
Have each student identify a goal, or pre-assign students a goal, for their assessment score (i.e. 80%). Then, have students reflect on why this goal is meaningful to them, and write that at the top of the tracker as a reminder.
