Here's an easy, manageable way to establish and implement a PBIS and CHAMPS strategy in your classroom. At the beginning of each quarter students are given hallway passes allowing them to leave my classroom for bathroom use, going to their locker for forgotten materials, and going to their locker for homework. In a world where assessments are so important it is important for students to be charting their own progress. This bar graph template is great for measuring mastery. If mastery is 80%, students will see each how close they are getting to that goal. How I have used this in my classroom is by stapling this paper on the inside of a manila folder and then having them put the assessments inside the folder after graphing their progress.
