Paul Cezanne was known as the Father of Modern Art. He paved the way for Cubism and Modern thought as it related to art, specifically painting. This lesson allows your student to investigate who he was by a small reading on the artist. The assignment is a drawing lesson of one of his paintings. Students love these shading and blending lesson plans because they enjoy brining life to the image presented.
