In this form students identify what type of problem the question was (Mark Ups, 2 Step Equations, Adding Integers, etc.). Students are then asked to identify why they picked their choice, and what they think went wrong. I also ask students to identify the steps that they need to solve the problem correctly(repetition), and then lastly students rework the problem.
