Students know the content, but make mistakes on their final test or quiz. That doesn't mean they can't gain some credit since overall mastery is the goal, right? This form allows them to process through their errors and gives them a chance to earn some points back on their grade! This includes instructions on how to complete the corrections, blanks that allow students to show the corrected work, and an explanation page at the end for students to decipher their type of error.
