Place Value Hockey Math Project
This project takes my love of hockey and helps me share it with my students! Through this project students will work collaboratively on rounding, estimating sums, multi-digit addition and subtraction, using data tables, and completing task cards.

Experience
I have taught first, second, fourth, and fifth grades. I am currently teaching fourth grade at a small Pre-K through 8 school in Connecticut.
Teaching style
I believe above all that learning should be fun and engaging for all students. I enjoy expressing my creativity in my lessons. As teachers, I feel that communication is one of our most important tools. Establishing a positive home-school connection is extremely beneficial to the students and the learning community as a whole.
