About the store

I Taught Special Education for 5 years. I was a resource teacher, self contained teacher and co-teacher in those 5 years. I taught in different states and different districts. I then transitioned into a Behavior Specialist Role and that is currently what I am doing in my school district.

Use this weekly Log to communicate with parents how their child's morning and afternoon were. What they need to continue working on in regards to behavior and any extra comments from teacher at the bottom. This could be for specif events/behaviors that happened during the day or for a positive and happy note home about the day. Parents initial at the bottom of the paper that they say the chart and comments each night and it comes back to school the next day.

Great Reflection sheet for upper elementary/middle school students. It starts by asking what happened, why did you do it (emotions), what was I trying to communicate, and consequences of choices. Everything can be check marked or circles so minimal writing is involved. At the end it asks what can I do differently next time?
