About the store
Welcome to my Teachers Pay Teachers store! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m currently in my 11th year of teaching, and it has been an incredible journey so far. I have the special privilege of teaching at the very same school I grew up attending, which makes my work even more meaningful to me. This year brought an exciting change—I moved from 2nd grade into Special Education Preschool, and it has truly felt like coming full circle. I now teach two preschool classes each day: 3-year-olds in the morning and 4-year-olds in the afternoon. While I was in college, I spent eight years working at a child care center with preschool and school-aged children, and I always knew in my heart that I would eventually find my way back to the preschool age group. When the opportunity finally opened up this past year, it just felt right—and I’m so thankful I followed that calling. Our days are filled with learning through play, hands-on activities, sensory experiences, and lots of joy. Seeing my students’ excitement for school, their growth, and their everyday accomplishments has been such a refreshing and rewarding experience. Those little “lightbulb moments” are still just as magical—if not more so now! Looking ahead, I hope to someday transition into staying home as a mom and focusing on those early, precious years with my future children. For now, I’m excited to continue growing here on Teachers Pay Teachers, sharing resources that reflect my love for early childhood learning while also helping support my future goals. Thank you so much for supporting my store. I truly hope the resources I create make a positive difference in your classroom, just as my students make a difference in my life every single day. 💛

My own education history

I hold a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education, with an Early Childhood Unified license for birth through third grade. This has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support young learners in their foundational years. In addition to my bachelor's degree, I also earned a Master of Science in Instructional Technology. This degree has allowed me to integrate modern technology into my teaching practices, helping to enhance student learning and engagement in the classroom. Both of these degrees have shaped my approach to education and have given me the tools I need to support diverse learners at various stages of development.
