This is a guided activity, individual practice, skills showcase, and assessment. It covers measuring angles in polygons, adding angles to create specific angle measures, and then actually measuring angles (you can estimate). Materials needed: pattern blocks
This is a card matching game for quadrilaterals. When photocopied front and back, the cards will line up. Page 1 pairs with page 3, 2 with page 4, and 5 and 6 go together (with two blanks in case you want to add to it)
When you cut the cards out, there are 8 per page. I generally print them on card stock and laminate them before cutting. There are 18 cards in a set. Students should start with the cards that have the description and image side up, and when they match them they can flip it over to
Directions:
Copy front and back, cut laminate and use as needed!
Cards 1-8 positive only
Cards 9-16 positive and negative mixed
Cards 17-24 mixed, higher integers

Cut puzzles for students ahead of time. Students can work in groups, pairs, or individually depending on level.
