This activity is designed to help students create the proofs for the Alternate Interior/ Exterior Angle Theorem, and the Consecutitive (Same Side) interior/ exterior angle theorem. Use this foldable to teach students the differences between a line, line segment, and a ray. Angle is included on the foldable to show that it is only two rays joined by a common endpoint. Print it front to back, fold the top fourths down to the midline to cover the picture/ description. Fill these sections in with your students.

In my geometry class I give a daily homework quiz. This is generally one question from the homework they have to copy and answer. They will staple this sheet (cut into thirds) to the front top of their paper and turn it in. This includes 3 different quizzes. One is a regular quiz, one is for pre-ap geometry, and one is modified. It addresses surface area and volume of 3 dimensional figures, as well as unit conversion with surface area and volume.

This is designed for a high school geometry course. Print the PDF front to back, fold over leaving "undefined terms" visible on the side. Instruct students to cut on the lines under each term so you can lift and see the picture and description (for you to fill out with them). Great for an interactive notebook!

This file includes four practice problems. I have used them as a quick informal assessment to students understanding after a lesson, they can also be used in place of homework. You could also incorporate Kagan practices into this lesson like sage and scribe or round robin, I have not tried it, but if you do let me know how it goes!

This is a diagram created on power point that shows the relationships between the legs and hypotenuse of special right triangles. Specific relationships are color coded for easy identification.
