I Use this at the end of a standard unit- for students to reflect on their learning.

Use for any book, short story, chapter, etc. Fold over so that paper is just above the Beginning, Middle, End words. On the inside the students write the summary on the lines and illustrate above the lines.

I use this post on my bulletin board.

Students track their progress of the Scale on this daily chart that is kept on their desk.

I use this in the students library folders to keep track of their Level, ZPD and how many books they have read.
