2nd Grade Rules

This is a classroom reading incentive that I had a tremendous amount of success with and was highly motivational for my students. All the materials you need to implement this program, parent letter, book logs and signs for bulletin board are included.

Use this fun ice cream themed activity to reinforce the rules for adding -ing and -ed to base words. Students sort the words according to rules and record them on worksheet by using the rule to make the new word. Great center activity.

Send this log home, for students to write down books they read at home. Then they can use the log to take the quizzes at school in AR.

This file folder or center activity will review 2 digit addition with and without regrouping. Children pick two cards, add them together and record them on the included worksheet.
