This simple guided reading group planning sheet takes the headache out of planning multiple reading groups at a time. Print double sided, and have one sheet for 4 different reading groups! This planner dedicates a space to identify the goal of your group, the warm up activity, any high frequency or vocabulary words in your text, as well as a place for observations. I have found that this planner keeps me consistent with my groups and helps me plan so much faster!
