Students can complete a self reflection at the end of each quarter. I have found this to be SUPER helpful each report card conference. This form allows the kids to be self-reflective and accept responsibility.

Print onto sticky/post-it notes! I use these all the time in my class and even at home. These are for 3x3 post-it notes. They are already measured. Directions for printing: 1. ONLY print first page. 2. Place your blank sticky notes on the squares, sticky part on the bottom of each square. 3. Put back into printer tray and print ONLY second page. 4. Stick 'em where you like and enjoy!
