This is the note that I send home the week before an Awards Ceremony to let parents know that their child will be receiving an award. This is a half sheet note that I copy onto bright colored paper. I saved several different version and would be willing to change any wording to better fit your needs, just comment specifically what you would like changed and I'll update the product.

I print this note and attach it to a child's test along with additional practice pages for them to complete at home. I put 4 on a page to save on paper.
