Back to School Form
I send this out about a week before Meet the Teacher night to give parents and students a chance to tell me a little bit about the student. This is a great way to begin open communication with families and gets the kids excited for the first day!

Weekly Behavior Report
I make a copy for every child and send this home each Friday with their Friday papers. Parents love this form of communication. It helps them start a discussion or praise for a great week.
