Welcome to take part of my journey. I am a special teacher in high school for youths with different kind of challenges. 10 years ago I felt I needed more tools for my students to perform better in school. I also had a desperate need for myself to handle stress better as a teacher. I began to study Mental Training and NLP and also took a Ceritfication in Coaching.(ICF). 5 years ago I started to provide HR services(coaching and psychometric tests) for managers and leaders which I still do today. I began to create coaching resources to share my passion for coaching and also to have a place where I could have all my content in one place. And, also to give other coaches a change to take part of my resources. These coaching worksheets and resources you will see in this shop are resources, thoughts and exercises of courses, books and workshops I have attended. My main goal for this shop is to create professional clean coaching worksheets and resources for coaches and experts in the field of coaching and mental health.
