4th Grade Eureka Lessons

This is 4th grade Colorado standards based on the CO standards. Included are all power points, a printable excel document of the standards by name and alignment with the pacing guide and 3 activities including "make your own map" read and compare 2 different maps and a unit assessment preformance task. All created by an exemplary teacher and rated excellent by her district.

This includes every lesson in 4th grade Eureka math Module 3 up to lesson 37. It also includes aligned warm-ups, guided notes and a sheet to send home with absent students that includes a link to a video for every lesson.

This is the unit plans of Colorado's history of early people including the Paleo, the Archaic, the Puebloans, Freemont and the modern day tribes of the Ute, Cheyenne and Araphaoe. This is not my best lesson but it is a place to start if you are building something from scratch. The printable guided notes is the best part and probably worth the whole bundle.

First, this is an incredible writing activity that really engages students. This is a growth mindset lesson guiding students through the power of mistakes and correcting mistakes. It helps students learn that perseverance is positive. That struggle is good and that mistakes are not a bad thing. It guides students to reflect and start to change their mindset from "I am a failure," to "I don't get it yet but I can." It also includes a video link about the power of mistakes.

This includes Smart Notebook slides for all eureka lessons 6-20. It includes all fluency, the concept development and problem sets. Also included are 2 sets of warm-ups that align to multiplying using area models.

This includes smart board presentation for 4th grade Eureka math. Module 3 lessons 26-37, except for lesson 33. In these lessons there are several guided notes included as well.

This lesson guides students to reflect on work that the teacher has graded and handed back. It guides them to think about what they did well and what they did not. It also includes a rubric for them to evaluate themselves as well as a video on the power of "yet" vs. "not yet, needs work." Powerful lesson

This lesson first introduces the idea of neuroplasticity (that your brain can change) in a way both younger and older students can grasp. Then it guides students to think about how being thankful can change the way they view their world, especially challenging situations at home and at school. It guides them through questions to journal about and then guides them to write a note to someone they are thankful for. Finally, it guides them to reflect on how being thankful made them feel.
