I began teaching in 2011. I have taught Kindergarten, first, second and fifth grades. I enjoy creating classroom themes and supplemental art and writing projects for my kiddos. My school mascot is the Hearts :) and I currently teach 5th grade.
Update your classroom with this number line with nice big numbers for students to see. The tens have a cool blue paintbrush effect so they stand out among the other numbers. This number line goes from 1-100. The page includes a cut line so you can ensure you are cutting them apart on a straight line. Combine all of these pages together to form a beautiful addition to your math bulletin board.
Tap dot math is very useful for teaching kids how to count, add, and subtract. Students will tap each dot as they count. If the dot has a red circle in it, they will tap it twice. This resource includes numbers 1-9 posters size 8.5x11. Each number has a pastel option or a bright rainbow option.
I created this anchor chart to help students with the steps in rounding decimals!
