I have taught in a number of countries and taught within a number of different curriculum styles. I am in my 11th year of teaching and in those 11 years, I have taught courses in ELD, English, Communications, Art, Design, and Computer Science.
My current concentrations are in MS Computers and Graphic Design, but I am always learning and trying to improve in all areas.

Adobe Illustrator: Tools and Shortcuts Worksheet / Test 1
This worksheet is used with Grade 7 students in IB Design. Students will explore the program and write down the tool name and shortcut. Students who memorize shortcuts become familiar with the program quicker, and their speed of creation also improves. Can be used with any grade who is starting to learn AI, or is familiar with it, but does not generally use the shortcuts. Form could also be used as a test if needed.

My teaching style is inquiry based, and I try my best to have students become independent learners who base their decision making on a logical and systematic approach to problem solving.

I took home 3rd place in a Chinese national photo competition between "specialist" workers.
My own education history
I have studied a wide variety of topics from Art and Design, Art History, and Film to Sociology, Psychology. However, my concentration was in 20th C. History and I earned a second degree in Elementary Education.
