This is the syllabus I used for my 9th grade English I class, but it can be used for other grades and subjects. This syllabus includes, but is not limited to: course description, class expectations, learning objectives, grading criteria, counselor information, semester plan, etc. The student must sign and date the "contract." This syllabus is editable for your own needs. There is also a Google Forms quiz with five editable questions correlating with the syllabus.
