Comparing Fractions Mini-Task Card Set

This product includes 6 task cards for kids to practice comparing fractions using cross multiplication. I used this mini-set of task cards in two ways. First, I used them as a mini-lesson activity while we were learning this new skill. I have also used these cards as an exit ticket/formative assessment. To use it in this way, I photocopied the task cards without cutting them apart for each student.

About the store

Experience

I have taught a combination of fourth and fifth grade for the last 13 years in a Title One elementary school.

Teaching style

I believe students learn best when they are kept busy and moving. I prefer teaching in a workshop format where kids are engaged through a variety of activities.
