A Teaching Tale

Kids aren't usually naturally excited to learn about Place Value. What if you could motivate your class to learn by telling them that today they are going to catch gnomes at a gnome party under their bed? With this math doodle page set, students will attend a gnome party and learn about the base 10 number system and the basic fundamentals of place value. They will fill-in-the-blanks, color the notes pages and enjoy the process. A bonus writing challenge is included.
