I am still an active, full-time educator who has been in education since 2009!
I have served in various roles in elementary and early childhood. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades within Title I schools and the private sector! From 2020-2022, I was a curriculum specialist, serving within a Title I school. Since 2022, I have been a building-based math coach specialist, serving grades Kindergarten through fifth grade.

Both the Google Slides and PowerPoint options contain a word problem for each problem type, along with a double-ten frames and the moveable counters needed to complete the problem. These slides are best completed during a whole group activity. Please read through the teacher instructional pages to see how to best utilize these ten frames when instructing students for each problem type.
