Dr. Ashlee Boothe a graduate of Baylor University, and is the founder of AB Consulting for new teachers in Texas. She has 15 years of experience in education, 10+ years of experience in Texas rural independent school districts, 10+ years of experience in rural fast-growth school districts, and 10+ years of experience in CTE as an educator, administrator, curriculum writer, competitive events coordinator, and director of curriculum and school improvement.
Dr. Boothe understands first hand the struggles of working as a new teacher with multiple preps, while working in an alternative certification program. Dr. Boothe helps new teachers navigate teacher certification in Texas, while becoming confident in classroom management, time management, content knowledge, work-life balance, and more.
