I just recently completed a Phonics Pathway training through my district. These two week lesson plans will help get Kindergarten students ready to start the school year! The main focus is student names, but students will gain exposure to letters and rhyming as they learn their classmates names. I have included links inside the documents to the activities I listed in the lesson plans.
Check out these Reading Strategies! You can find them in my Guided Reading Lesson Plans for both Emergent and Early Readers! You can use the mini cards to give students in your Guided Reading group, their book box, and send one home!
Students can practice teen numbers by filling in the missing information in the number sentence. The box can be used for stamping or drawing objects to show the answer. Number stamps can be used to fill in the number sentence. Enjoy!
