This is a great way to get parents on board to help with reading homework. The parents are asked to record page #'s, whole book, or chapters read nightly to help make the students (and parents) more accountable for nightly reading. I like to reward filled in forms daily with classroom money to encourage student participation. There is a nightly homework checklist idea included with the download. This is a free template to help Kindergarten (Pre-K, ESL, etc...) students practice using sight words. Each lesson enables the student to read, cut, glue, trace and write each sight word.
