Hi, I'm Darien! I teach 2nd grade in sunny Southern California! I'm passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and integrating technology in the classroom. One of my goals is to work smarter, not harder. With so much on our plate, I enjoy making teaching easier in any way possible.
Fun fact: my username "abcdarien" is a play off my name and the word abecedarian, which means "the study of the alphabet." In 5th grade, we used abecedarian notebooks, and my friend's dad, a parent volunteer, started calling me abcdarien and it stuck! It's been my username on various platforms ever since.
