Teaching style
I prefer a hands on approach. You will notice my lessons are formatted:
1. Definition or informative
2. Educator led example to explain the topic
3. Student led example to engage
4. Practice problems immediately following the examples
I believe this format helps comprehension better than a full lecture on several related topics followed by independent practice problems or homework.
My own education history
I have a B.S. in physics and a double minor in mathematics and biology.
