About the store

Experience

15 year veteran. I've taught 8th-12th grade English, AVID, and various Social Studies courses. Originally from the East Coast, I now work in Washington. I appreciate you following me and/or rating my products if you liked them; I am new to selling here and would appreciate the feedback.

Teaching style

My classes are very discussion based and I ask a lot of open ended questions. I believe that literature has something to teach us about the human condition. My philosophy of teaching history is that everyone has a story, and behind every law, policy or statistic is a human life that has been touched by that. I also believe in the importance of elevating voices and experiences that have traditionally been marginalized. I appreciate you rating my products if you liked them; I am new to selling here and would appreciate the feedback.
