Teaching style
My teaching philosophy is that learning should be fun, expectations should aim high, and it's my joy to watch students make meaningful gains across all of the domains!
Awards & shining teacher moments
I received my National Board Certification in Special Education in 2021. I am a beginning teacher mentor for my district, and I have led professional development for my county in the area of assistive technology and adapted curriculum. I have also been an honored guests on two different podcasts sharing my experience in this field.
