This is a template I use with my students in my special education class to work on rounding. I put it in a dry and erase sleeve and the student writes the number at the top. They then round it to the nearest, ten, hundreds, thousands etc in the first box and the second box round it up. Then they can look at the neighbor and then find which side the neighbor is in and this helps guide them to the answer. Its a great visual for my students.
I use this with K at the end of the year to review their letters and beginning of first grade as a filler at the beginning of the year. I make 26 copies of the car and put the letter in the corner. I have used the sticky letters to make the project more festive. They write the name of the animal and draw it and put up the bars.
I use this worksheet in our class to have a visual reminder of what is being expected in their writing. The students love seeing the stickers on the smaller stars and will take their time and do their best.
I used this worksheet to help with the understanding of fact families and how they are related to each other. It's a fun visual to use for those who are struggling.
