Teaching style

My teaching style falls between Demonstrator, Hybrid and Facilitator. On occasions I use Lecturer and Delegator styles as well. It simply depends on whom I'm teaching. I believe when teaching children and training adults you must be flexible to your audience in order to reach them. Flexibility allows you to utilize the correct teaching style for your audience.
