About the store
Hi! I’m Brittany, a former special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who creates practical, classroom-ready behavior and social-emotional supports for real teachers with real students. My resources are designed for all grades, and classrooms supporting neurodivergent learners and students with challenging behaviors. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to manage behavior and actually teach, you’re in the right place. I’ve spent over a decade working in public schools, self-contained and mainstream settings, supporting students ages 3–22 with autism, emotional and behavioral disabilities, learning disabilities, and high-support needs. I know firsthand how much behavior impacts learning and how hard it is to find strategies that actually work in a busy classroom. What makes my resources different? ✔️ Behavior strategies that are evidence-based but teacher-friendly ✔️ Visual supports and tools that are age-appropriate ✔️ Simple data collection systems teachers will actually use ✔️ Scripts and supports you can use immediately My goal is to help teachers feel confident, prepared, and supported, so you can spend less time reacting to behavior and more time helping your students succeed. Thank you for all you do. I’m so glad you’re here. Brittany

Teaching style

Everything I make is grounded in the science of behavior but written in plain language, because good support shouldn't require a graduate degree to implement. Whether you're a special educator, a general ed teacher navigating your first IEP, or somewhere in between, you'll find tools here that meet you where you are. I design for neurodivergent learners and the teachers who show up for them every day. My hope is that every resource you download makes you feel a little more confident and a little less alone in the hard work you're doing.

Awards & shining teacher moments

While my proudest moments don't come with plaques, they're the ones that stick with me the most — the student who finally communicated a want without a meltdown, the caregiver who called to say they finally felt like they knew what to do, the teacher who stopped dreading Monday mornings. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of training and mentoring dozens of educators, caregivers, and support staff — helping them shift from reactive to proactive and find real confidence in supporting students with challenging behaviors. I've presented professional development at both school district and local ABA events, translating the science of behavior into strategies that actually stick in the real world. As a member of the Florida Chapter of the Association for Behavior Analysis (FCABA), I've served as Chapter Secretary and Vice President. I believe in building a stronger, more connected behavior analysis community beyond the therapy room. None of this would mean anything without the students, families, and teachers who trusted me to show up for them. That's the real win.

My own education history

My path into behavior analysis started in special education and that foundation has shaped everything I do. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and a Master's degree in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis, giving me a unique lens that bridges classroom teaching and the science of behavior. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and hold a Florida teaching certificate with an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) endorsement, meaning I've worked on both sides of the table, as a teacher in the classroom and as a clinician supporting teachers and families. That combination isn't accidental. It's what drives me to create resources that are clinically sound and actually usable in the real world.

Additional biographical information

When I'm not talking about behavior, you can probably find me planning my next adventure. I love to travel, camp under the stars, and catch live music whenever I can, the kind of experiences that remind you why it's important to recharge. At home, I'm a working mom to a busy toddler, which means I know firsthand what it's like to be pulled in a hundred directions and still try to show up fully. It's also given me a whole new appreciation for the families I work with every day. Life is full, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
