Have you ever gotten food from a food truck? Have you ever gotten sick from getting food from a food truck? It can happen and it feels horrible! Food poisoning is something that we hear about a lot- a ton of people eating certain things and getting really sick a few hours to a day or so later. It basically becomes a big mess (literally and figuratively). When it happens, public health officials typically go and investigate to try and figure out what food is the specific culprit.
