I am in my 13th year of teaching and I teach first grade. I have also taught third and fourth grade, each for one year. In addition, I am a Certified Apple Learning Coach, Seesaw Ambassador, and member of our school's Lighthouse Team!

I am enthusiastic about amping up engagement in the classroom and feel that building relationships is one of the most important aspects of our job. I love to integrate technology and 21st century skills into my classroom and find ways to allow students to be creative and show what they know!

I am a mom of 2 beautiful girls and 2 fur babies. I also have a tortoise named Bacon that goes back and forth to school each day with me. My husband and I have been married for 11 years. When I am not teaching, you can find me outside with my family or on the sideline of one of my girls soccer games!
