About the store
I started teaching in 2012 and have a Master's degree in English as a Second Language Specialist. While a majority of my teaching experience takes place as a 6th grade ESL teacher, I also gained experience teaching K-5th grade as a mainstream classroom teacher. As an ESL teacher, I am able to enhance my skills in teaching the common core standards to struggling students.
While I love being in the classroom, my passion is in developing digital classroom resources that will enhance student learning and engagement. I want to give teachers the tools to create a classroom environment that supports English learners as they thrive and grow as learners. As I tackle the world of cyber teaching, I want teachers like myself to "adapt sensibly".
