25-26 Daily Data Sheet. Can be used online or in paper form. Available presently in mixed color, black, yellow, orange, white, red, blue. Available in other colors upon request. Example: I use paper form. Create a sheet for each objective that students have to meet. Then I use a plus or minus to indicate success/failure and indicate a score on the bottom under the yes/no mark. I have all students color coded and put a folder tab behind the data sheets to store paper evidence. Can create other
