About the store
I am currently an Adapted Physical Education (APE) teacher for students in K-12 grade at a large range of abilities. Previously, I was an APE teacher at a school for students K-3rd grade.
I graduated from Slippery Rock University in December 2017 with a B.S. in Health and Physical Education. I also received a minor in adapted physical activity as well as aquatics. In August 2020, I received my Masters in Adapted Physical Education.

Do this activity as a class, in small groups, or individually. Some sort of dice are needed for this activity. I like to create my own dice, with pocket dice, with numbers 1-4 then add a try again side and a free side. Roll the dice to determine the activity you must complete. Upon completion of each activity, decide as a group if it is a strength, flexibility, or a cardiorespiratory activity.
