At the end of any unit of learning, it is important that students engage in a process of review, to really consolidate their learning. One way of providing an opportunity for this is by having students compile their own review/study notes to summarize key ideas, provide examples, and document notable aspects (such as diagrams and formula). I am passionate about teaching mixed ability and make use of a variety of group work activities to engage all students. I love to see students of all confidence levels engage in tasks together and help each other to make progress.
