When we move more, we learn more because healthy children learn better. Research has shown that physical activity affects the brain in ways that gets students more engaged and ready to learn. When we take a brain break, it refreshes our thinking and helps us discover another solution to a problem or see a situation through a different lens.
Assembly: I highly recommend laminating the cards before use. I have placed the description cards on a ring that I keep near me
