About the store
Experience
In the classroom, I've had the pleasure to teach K, 1st, 2nd, and 5th grade with 5th grade being my favorite. Within recent years, I've had the privilege to put my bilingual certification and Spanish minor to use by teaching individual classes in Spanish and English to children from K-12 as well as adults.
Teaching style
I'm a hands-on teacher that enjoys fun activities, center work, and engaging lessons. In my class you'll see students singing, dancing, acting, giving presentations, and working in groups.
My own education history
I'm a graduate from the University of Arizona, proud wildcat here! I got a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education K-8, Bilingual Certified K-12. I also got a minor in Spanish and have continued education in gifted courses.
